Housing
Care Community Center Transitional Housing was created to provide a quality comprehensive, healthy, sober living environment for a culturally diverse community that is acceptable and adaptable to the needs of individuals. The program includes a comprehensive referral network to provide newly paroled participants with employment, family reunification and housing as they return to their communities.  The Men's Transitional House consists of a 60 bed, men's sober living facility that provides up to one year of recovery services for alcohol/drug-addicted men and those who are dual diagnosed.  This program offers a safe, structured environment that incorporates a program to help residents recover and regain necessary life skills.  We recently acquired the service of a complete medical team, licensed physicians, optometrists, dentists and in-home nurses for those who need them. These services will be provided for our men at our facility free of charge.
