The Care Community Center is designed to provide a system of social and emotional support for their clients (and families) who have been traumatized by substance abuse and life circumstances. The program addresses these problems with case management, group therapy, family planning and education, weekend planning, relapse prevention activities, educational curriculum on the disease and recovery process, 12 step program orientation, life management, and treatment of dual diagnosis. According to studies conducted by Dove Medical Press, group therapy, family planning and education, as well as relapse prevention activities can substantially reduces relapse in patients, who suffer from substance abuse.

Care Community Center is in collaboration with law enforcement, public schools, clergy, domestic violence shelters, training/vocational agencies, and other non-profit community based organization.
